Orders leave us in 1–2 working days. A few products take 3–4 working days, and the product page tells you when.

You get a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
How your order reaches you
- You place your order. Pay securely through Razorpay.
- We check and pack it. Every kit is checked in our workshop before it is packed.
- We dispatch it. Within 1–2 working days.
- It arrives at your door. Delivery time depends on your location, and you can follow it with your tracking link.
Shipping charges
Orders above ₹500 ship free. If your order is ₹500 or less, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Wrong address?
Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If you need a change, message us on WhatsApp straight away. We can update it only if your order has not been dispatched yet.
Arrived damaged? We will replace it.
Damage in transit is rare, but if it happens we send you a new product at no cost. To help us claim from the courier, please:
- Photograph or record the parcel before you remove the wrapper, showing the label and the damage.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the photos or video.
- We dispatch a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong product or quantity? Message us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you sort it out. In that case the return shipping is paid by you. See our Cancellation & Refund page for details.
